The Fraudulent Scheme

Irina Gradusova is a fraudster posing as a professional in the crypto industry and event management. In reality, she has no career, except for her pursuit of marrying for profit.

She claims to have started at Piccolo Teatro de Milano, where she allegedly found her passion for easy money. Over 15 years, Irina Gradusova has left no mark.

She hasn't organized notable events or worked with artists, and no one in the industry knows her. Her entire story is a fabrication to create a false image of success.

The Ticketmeta Scam

In 2022, Irina Gradusova, alongside another "expert" and scammer, Anna Ivanko from St. Petersburg, founded Ticketmeta (website: www.ticketmeta.io). Marketed as a blockchain ticketing platform, it's actually a scheme to deceive investors across Europe, Dubai, Singapore, and Russia.

Here's my story to warn others. I've known Anna Ivanko since 2007—she was my friend's wife and ran LLC "Art-Resource," a staffing agency in St. Petersburg that worked with my businesses.

In 2021, Anna moved to Dubai. During a 2022 visit, she introduced me to Irina Gradusova, who lives between Dubai and Singapore. They pitched a startup: a platform for concerts accessible both live and in augmented reality via VR glasses.

How the Scheme Works

1. Creating False Credibility

Creating the image of innovative businesswomen: Medium blogs, conference appearances, articles about a Venice Carnival "meta-broadcast".

2. Amateurish Execution

The website www.ticketmeta.io is rudimentary. The demo is amateurish, with 144p video quality. No completed projects in three years.

3. False Guarantees

Assuring investors that Wael Jadallah, Irina's husband and alleged Moody's Managing Director, would cover losses, citing his $400,000 investment.

4. Dodging Obligations

Silence, ignored calls, empty promises, and offers to redirect funds into other schemes.

Be Extremely Cautious

A year later, the stake remains unformalized, and the debt unpaid. Irina and Anna are now promoting another ticket-selling platform, which I believe is another scam. I consider their actions fraudulent.

What began as helping a friend led to financial losses and legal battles in Russia and the UAE, where investor protections are strong.
